-Simple OKR setup. Enter through the Quarters. Quarters are your collection of OKR's for that time-frame. Inside Quarters, create Objectives, and inside Objectives, create Key Results. Navigating this way makes sure everything is related correctly. You don't want to enter directly into Objectives or Key Results because they won't be related correctly or you'll have to do it manually.
-Use the templates for New Quarter and New Objective.
-When you give your KR's grades, it will automatically average them together grouped by their objective. This gives you your objective grade.
