There is a view for all projects and then one for just buzz. Check that out. You can create as many views or different linked DB's for as many people as you need. There's also a view that includes the project info after the name in the timeline. There are a lot of variants, just play with the properties, filter, and sort. And don't forget that changing the order of properties can affect how it looks too (name before project or after project)

The other option is to see multiple instances of a person. Not too bad to see all your projects together and still see names on the left. It gets funny with multiple people on one project.
