Global Block

Problem: Want to create a block that dynamically updates all instances of the same block in other locations. Great for page footers and navigation bars. No native solution exists currently.

Solution: Create desired block. Copy block link. Paste link somewhere - browser is easiest. Select text after last "/" through, and including, "#". delete selected text. Select all remaining text. Paste link in Notion and select "link to page." A Global block has now been created. Any changes to one will reflect on all others.

Example: The footer of this page is a global block that I include on all other resource pages. If I change one, it will change all others. I don't have to change every single page.
